Progressive Pest Management was lovely to work with. General inquiries and scheduling over the phone was easy. They explained their process and were pleasant & patient throughout the call. Pricing seemed very fair / good value compared to other places. The technician who came out was professional and courteous. He sprayed the interior (even had booties on) and exterior for bugs, and set up some bait stations for mice. Would recommend and use their service again.

I had a BBQ this weekend with a huge wasp problem in a large bush in the backyard. They were able to squeeze me in right away. Ron was very diligent and thorough. He took his time and treated the entire bush inside and out. Ron was friendly and thoughtful as well. Very pleased and would recommend. Also, they were half the price of most competitors!!!

Last September, I found Progressive (of course thru Yelp). I think I purchased a $125 coupon for a $100 (or something like that) and had them come back yesterday. Our tech Alan was fantastic! After returning from a trip out of town we found that sugar ants had invaded our home. We called around in the morning trying to get someone to come out in the near future. Progressive Pest Management had a person answer and were able to squeeze us in that day.

The gentleman that showed up was jovial, kind, understanding and through. His name was Ron and he asked questions and then informed us what he would do. He then went straight to work. Before leaving he informed us that they would return and reapply treatment if we saw any ants in a week.

We did notice a few ants and called and made an appointment. They were true to their word and returned and reapplied at no charge. Would we use them again – ABSOLUTELY!!

John, our service representative, is one of the nicest young men we’ve ever met, and he does a fantastic job servicing our home. They service our home throughout the summer, and always make sure to keep it pest free.
